Well tomorrow is weigh-in day, and I have done pretty well this week. Started walking on the gazelle. I hope to do well this comming week. Just visited the healrachel.com website and she has started theropy now. I pray for her. My little sister , Emily which is 13 prays for her too. Well I may write more later.
